FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can’t find the answer? Drop us a line, we’re happy to help.
What is the same-day cut-off?
For Budapest: 2 pm on weekdays and Saturdays, 11 am on Sundays.
What if the recipient is not at home?
We call to arrange a new time or a neighbour; the bouquet stays in water.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes — tick the option at checkout and we leave your name off the card.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Style, colours and size match; a stem may be swapped for a similar seasonal one.
Never forget an important day
We remind you before birthdays and anniversaries — plus 10% off your first bouquet.
