Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your order. By placing an order you accept these Terms. You can view, save and print the Terms in the Webshop at any time. This English version is provided for the convenience of customers using the Webshop in English; the contract may be concluded in English.

| Name | Vitrin Digitális Kft. |
|---|---|
| Registered office | 1051 Budapest, Példa utca 1. |
| hello@ujsaas.ecco.apps.hu | |
| Website | https://ujsaas.ecco.apps.hu |
The hosting provider is not a party to the sales contracts concluded in the Webshop; the contract is concluded exclusively between the Customer and the Seller.
2. Definitions, scope and acceptance
- Customer
- any natural or legal person, or organisation without legal personality, placing an order in the Webshop.
- Consumer
- a natural person acting outside the scope of his or her trade, independent profession or business (Section 8:1(1) point 3 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, the “Civil Code”).
- Business
- a person acting within the scope of his or her trade, independent profession or business (Civil Code, Section 8:1(1) point 4).
- Product
- movable goods offered and sold by the Seller in the Webshop.
- Contract
- the distance sales contract concluded electronically between the Seller and the Customer via the Webshop.
- Withdrawal function
- the online withdrawal statement available in the Webshop under the label “withdraw from contract here” (in Hungarian: “elállás a szerződéstől”) (Decree, Section 22(1a)–(1c)).
- Durable medium
- any instrument (e.g. e-mail, PDF document) enabling the Customer to store information addressed personally to him or her for future reference and to reproduce it unchanged.
Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Webshop and to the contracts concluded on that basis. The Seller sells in the Webshop primarily to consumers. The provisions of these Terms concerning consumers — in particular the right of withdrawal — apply only to Customers qualifying as consumers.
Delivery area: Hungary.
Acceptance of the Terms
Under Section 6:78(1) of the Civil Code, these Terms become part of the contract if the Customer was able to read them before placing the order and accepted them. Acceptance takes place on the checkout page by ticking a checkbox (not pre-ticked) linking to these Terms. The Seller's system records the time of acceptance and the version number of the accepted Terms.
Where these Terms and an individual agreement of the parties differ, the individual agreement prevails (Civil Code, Section 6:80). Where the content of a provision of these Terms is ambiguous, the interpretation more favourable to the Customer shall prevail (Civil Code, Section 6:86(2)).
Amendments
The Seller may amend these Terms unilaterally with effect for the future. Amendments take effect upon publication in the Webshop and apply only to orders placed thereafter. Orders already placed are governed by the version of the Terms accepted at the time of ordering. Earlier versions are available from the Seller on request.
3. Language, form and storage of the contract
- Language of the contract: Hungarian, English. The contract is concluded in the language in which the Customer places the order.
- Form: the contract is concluded electronically and does not qualify as a contract made in writing; the Seller does not file the contract and it will not be accessible later. The content of the contract is recorded in the order confirmation e-mail and, for registered Customers, in the order history of the customer account.
- Code of conduct: the Seller has not subscribed to any code of conduct.
4. Registration and customer account
Purchases can be made in the Webshop both as a guest (without registration) and after registration. Registration requires the Customer's name, e-mail address and a password. In the customer account the Customer can view previous orders, manage addresses and access the withdrawal function.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping the password confidential. The Customer may delete the account, or request its deletion, at any time; data that must be retained by law (e.g. invoices) are retained after deletion (see the Privacy Notice).
5. How to order; correcting input errors
Technical steps of concluding the contract (E-Commerce Act, Section 5(2)(a)):
- Choosing a product: on the product page, select the variant (e.g. size, colour) and quantity, then click “Add to cart”.
- Reviewing the cart: in the cart you can change quantities, remove items and redeem a coupon code or gift card. The cart shows the subtotal excluding delivery and payment charges.
- Checkout: enter your e-mail address, billing and delivery details, and choose the delivery and payment method. The charges for the selected methods are displayed immediately.
- Summary and correction of input errors: before you submit the order, the checkout summary shows the products, the total amount payable (including delivery and any payment charge) and the data entered on one page. You can correct input errors at any time before submitting the order by editing the fields or returning to the cart (E-Commerce Act, Section 6(1)).
- Accepting the Terms and the Privacy Notice: the order can only be submitted after ticking the (not pre-ticked) checkbox.
- Submitting the order: the order is submitted with the button labelled “Order with obligation to pay”. By clicking this button the Customer expressly acknowledges that the order implies an obligation to pay (Decree, Section 15(2)).
- Online payment: if an online payment method is chosen, the Webshop redirects the Customer to the secure payment page of the payment service provider.
Order confirmation; conclusion of the contract
The Seller confirms receipt of the order by automatic e-mail without delay and in any case within 48 hours (E-Commerce Act, Section 6(2)). If the confirmation does not arrive within that time, the Customer is released from the binding nature of the offer. Please also check your spam folder. The contract is concluded when the confirmation e-mail becomes accessible to the Customer (E-Commerce Act, Section 6(3)).
The confirmation e-mail contains, on a durable medium, the order details, the amount payable and links to these Terms, the model withdrawal form and the withdrawal function (Decree, Section 18).
Obviously incorrect price
If, despite the Seller's due care, an obviously incorrect price appears in the Webshop due to a technical error (e.g. HUF 0 or a price strikingly different from the usual market price), the Seller proceeds in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code on mistake: it notifies the Customer without delay and offers the product at the correct price. The Customer may then decide not to buy the product at the correct price, in which case the Seller refunds any amount already paid without delay.
6. Products and prices
The main characteristics of the products, the details of the manufacturer and — for non-EU manufacturers — of the EU responsible person, and the safety warnings are shown on the product pages (Decree, Section 11(1)(a); Regulation (EU) 2023/988, Article 19). Product images are illustrations; colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
- Prices are stated in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT (gross prices). Prices do not include the delivery charge or any payment charge; these are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
- Unit price: where required by law, the Seller also indicates the unit price (e.g. per kg, per litre, per piece) (Section 14 of Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection, the “Consumer Protection Act”; Joint Decree 4/2009 (I. 30.) NFGM–SZMM).
- Price reductions: for promotions, the Seller indicates as the previous price the lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding the price reduction.
- Personalised pricing: the Seller does not apply prices personalised on the basis of automated decision-making to consumers (Decree, Section 11(1)(q)).
- Other currencies: the Webshop may display prices in HUF, EUR. The contract is concluded in the currency selected by the Customer when ordering; conversion is based on the current mid-market rate of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank.
- The Seller may change prices for the future; price changes do not affect orders already placed.
7. Payment methods and invoicing
Accepted payment methods (Decree, Section 15(3)):
| Payment method | Description | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Prepayment by bank transfer to the account given in the confirmation e-mail; please quote the order number as reference. The order is fulfilled after the amount has been credited. | free of charge |
| Cash on delivery | Payment on delivery to the courier or at the pickup point (in cash or by card, depending on the courier). | 590 Ft |
Any additional charge associated with a payment method (e.g. the cash-on-delivery fee) is shown separately at checkout before the order is submitted; it only becomes part of the contract if expressly accepted by the Customer (Civil Code, Section 6:79). The Seller does not charge any surcharge for card payments.
For prepayment by bank transfer, if the purchase price is not received within 8 days of the order, the Seller will request payment by e-mail, setting a reasonable additional deadline; if that deadline expires without payment, the Seller may withdraw from the contract.
Invoicing
The Seller issues an invoice for the purchase, which is sent electronically (by e-mail) or enclosed with the product. By placing the order the Customer consents to the issue and receipt of an electronic invoice. The invoice is issued on the basis of the billing details entered at checkout; the Customer is responsible for their accuracy.
8. Delivery and performance
| Delivery method | Charge | Expected delivery | Area |
|---|---|---|---|
| Home delivery | 1 990 Ft free for orders over 20 000 Ft |
1–2 munkanap | Magyarország |
| Pickup point / locker | 1 290 Ft free for orders over 20 000 Ft |
1–3 munkanap | Magyarország |
| Personal pickup | free of charge | Értesítés után | Magyarország |
Courier and pickup point deliveries are carried out through the shipping platform of Kvikk.hu Kft. and its partner couriers (e.g. MPL, GLS, DPD, Foxpost, Packeta, Express One).
For personal collection, the Seller notifies the Customer by e-mail when the order is ready.
Current delivery charges and conditions are also available on the Shipping and Payment Information page. Delivery restrictions (e.g. the delivery area) are indicated at the latest when the order is placed (Decree, Section 15(3)).
Delivery time
Products in stock are usually handed over to the courier within 3 working days of the order confirmation (for prepayment: of receipt of the payment). Unless a different delivery time is indicated on the product page, the Seller makes the product available to the Customer without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract (Civil Code, Section 6:220(1)).
If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product (e.g. because it has sold out after the order), it informs the Customer without delay and refunds any amount paid without delay, at the latest within 14 days. If the Seller is late, the consumer may set an additional period for performance; if the Seller fails to perform within that period, the consumer may withdraw from the contract (Civil Code, Section 6:220(2)). The consumer may withdraw without setting an additional period if the Seller has refused to perform, or if performance at the agreed time was essential (Civil Code, Section 6:220(3)).
Passing of risk; receipt
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes possession of the product (Civil Code, Section 6:219). Please check the parcel upon receipt — if possible in the presence of the courier — and have a report drawn up if the packaging is damaged. Failure to do so does not limit the Customer's warranty or guarantee rights.
If the parcel is returned to the Seller for reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g. wrong address, failed delivery and non-collection), the Seller will agree with the Customer on re-delivery, the cost of which is borne by the Customer.
Environmentally friendly delivery option
A csomagpontra / csomagautomatába történő szállítás kevesebb kiszállítási utat igényel, ezért környezetkímélőbb választás. (Decree, Section 11(1)(h))
9. Right of withdrawal
Customers qualifying as consumers have a right of withdrawal without giving any reason under Section 20 of the Decree. The following information is based on the model withdrawal information in Annex 1 to the Decree.
Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires:
- for a sales contract, after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods;
- for multiple goods delivered separately, after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the last good;
- for goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the last lot or piece;
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal in the period between the conclusion of the contract and the receipt of the goods (Decree, Section 20(3)).
How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You can do so in any of the following ways (Decree, Section 22(1)):
- Using the online withdrawal function — via the link “withdraw from contract here” (in Hungarian: “elállás a szerződéstől”) in the footer of every page of the Webshop, in the confirmation e-mail and next to each order in the customer account: https://ujsaas.ecco.apps.hu/s/demo-atelier/elallas. No login is required: you only need to provide your name, the order number (and the items concerned if you do not wish to withdraw from the whole order) and the e-mail address to which the confirmation should be sent. After reviewing the data, you send the statement with the “confirm withdrawal” button.
- Using the model withdrawal form (Annex 2 to the Decree): Model withdrawal form.
- By any other unequivocal statement, by post to 1061 Budapest, Paulay Ede utca 31. or by e-mail to hello@ateliermira.hu.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at: https://ujsaas.ecco.apps.hu/s/demo-atelier/elallas. If you use this online function, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal — including its content and the date and time — on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay (Decree, Section 22(1c)).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired (Decree, Section 22(3)). The burden of proving that the right of withdrawal was exercised in accordance with the law lies with you (Decree, Section 22(4)).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw (Decree, Section 23(1) and (3)).
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement (Decree, Section 23(2)). For cash on delivery, the refund is made to the bank account you specify.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest (Decree, Section 23(4)).
Returning the goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired (Decree, Section 24(1)). Please do not send parcels cash on delivery, as the Seller cannot accept them.
Return address: 1061 Budapest, Paulay Ede utca 31.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (Decree, Section 24(2)).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Decree, Section 25).
Exceptions: when there is no right of withdrawal
Under Section 29(1) of the Decree, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal, among others, in the following cases. Products concerned are marked on the product page:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (point c);
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (point d);
- sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (point e);
- goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items (point f);
- sealed audio or video recordings or computer software unsealed after delivery (point i);
10. Statutory warranty, product warranty, guarantee
The following information is based on the model information in Annex 3 to the Decree (Decree, Section 11(5)). Warranty and guarantee claims are handled in accordance with Decree 19/2014 (IV. 29.) NGM.
Statutory warranty for defects (kellékszavatosság)
When can you exercise your statutory warranty rights? In the event of defective performance by Mira Atelier Kft., you may assert a statutory warranty claim against the business in accordance with the Civil Code.
What rights do you have? At your choice, you may request repair or replacement, unless the remedy you choose is impossible or would involve disproportionate additional costs for the business compared with the other remedy. If you did not or could not request repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate reduction of the price or — as a last resort — withdraw from the contract. In a contract between a consumer and a business for the sale of movable goods, the supply of digital content or digital services, you may not repair the defect yourself or have it repaired by a third party at the expense of the business. You may switch from the chosen remedy to another one, but you bear the cost of switching unless it was justified or caused by the business.
Before bringing the goods into conformity, the Seller informs you that you may choose between repair and replacement, and that in the case of repair the limitation period of the statutory warranty claim is extended once by twelve months (Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.), Section 13(1a) and (4)). The Seller may lend you replacement goods free of charge for the duration of the repair — which may also be refurbished goods — and, at your express request, may carry out a replacement with refurbished goods (Section 13(1b)–(1c)).
Time limits: you must notify the defect without delay after discovering it, and no later than two months from its discovery. Please note that you can no longer exercise your statutory warranty rights after the two-year limitation period from performance of the contract.
Against whom? You may assert your claim against Mira Atelier Kft.
Other conditions: within one year from performance, there is no condition for asserting your claim other than notifying the defect, provided you prove that the product or service was supplied by Mira Atelier Kft. After one year from performance, you must prove that the defect you discovered already existed at the time of performance.
Product warranty (termékszavatosság)
When? In the event of a defect of movable goods (product), you may — at your choice — assert your statutory warranty rights or a product warranty claim in accordance with the Civil Code.
What rights? You may request repair or replacement of the defective product.
Against whom? Against the manufacturer or distributor of the product (together: manufacturer).
When is a product defective? If it does not meet the quality requirements in force when it was placed on the market, or does not have the properties described by the manufacturer.
Time limit: within two years from the date the manufacturer placed the product on the market; after that you lose this right.
Burden of proof: you must prove that the defect existed when the manufacturer placed the product on the market.
Exemption of the manufacturer: the manufacturer is exempt if it proves that it did not manufacture or place the product on the market in the course of its business, or that the defect was not detectable according to the state of science and technology at the time of placing on the market, or that the defect results from the application of law or mandatory regulatory requirements. It is sufficient for the manufacturer to prove one ground.
You may assert a statutory warranty claim against the business and a product warranty claim against the manufacturer in parallel for the same defect. If your product warranty claim succeeds, you may assert statutory warranty claims concerning the replaced product or the repaired part only against the manufacturer.
Guarantee (jótállás)
The Seller does not provide a voluntary guarantee. If a product sold in the Webshop is subject to the mandatory guarantee (Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.)), this is indicated on the product page and on the guarantee card; the guarantee period is two years for a sale price between HUF 10,000 and HUF 250,000 and three years above HUF 250,000.
Notifying claims
You can notify warranty or guarantee claims by e-mail to hello@ateliermira.hu, by phone at +36 1 555 0142 or by post to 1061 Budapest, Paulay Ede utca 31.. The Seller draws up a record of the claim and provides a copy to the consumer without delay in a verifiable manner; if it cannot state at the time of notification whether the claim can be fulfilled, it informs the consumer of its position — including, in the case of rejection, the reasons and the possibility of turning to a conciliation board — within 8 days in a verifiable manner. The Seller endeavours to complete repair or replacement within fifteen days (Decree 19/2014 (IV. 29.) NGM, Sections 4–5). The costs of fulfilling warranty obligations — including the cost of returning the defective product — are borne by the Seller (Civil Code, Section 6:166(1)).
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaint handling by the Seller
Consumer complaints regarding the products or the Seller's activities can be submitted via the following channels (Consumer Protection Act, Section 17/A(1)):
- by e-mail: hello@ateliermira.hu
- by phone: +36 1 555 0142 (H–P 9:00–16:00)
- by post: 1061 Budapest, Paulay Ede utca 31.
- online: via the Webshop's contact form or the customer account
Oral complaints are examined immediately and remedied where necessary. If the Customer disagrees with the handling of the complaint or immediate examination is not possible, the Seller draws up a record of the complaint and its position without delay and sends a copy to the Customer — for complaints made by phone, at the latest together with the substantive reply. Complaints made by phone are given a unique identification number.
The Seller replies to written complaints in writing and on the merits within 30 days of receipt and gives reasons for rejecting a complaint (Consumer Protection Act, Section 17/A(6)). Receipt of complaints submitted online is confirmed by e-mail without delay (Section 17/A(6a)). Records of complaints, written complaints and replies are kept for three years. If a complaint is rejected, the Seller informs the Customer in writing which authority or conciliation board the Customer may turn to.
Conciliation boards
If the Seller rejects the consumer's complaint or the complaint is otherwise not resolved, the consumer may turn to the conciliation board competent for his or her place of residence or stay (Consumer Protection Act, Sections 18–36/C). In the application the consumer may designate a different conciliation board instead of the competent one (Section 20(3)). In the absence of a domestic place of residence or stay, the board competent for the Seller's registered office has jurisdiction, which is the Budapesti Békéltető Testület (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. I. em. 111.).
The conciliation board procedure is free of charge for the consumer. The Seller is obliged to cooperate in the procedure (Section 29(11)). If the application is well-founded, the board may adopt a binding decision even without the Seller's declaration of submission if the claim does not exceed HUF 250,000. For the purposes of the rules on conciliation boards — under the conditions set out in the Consumer Protection Act — civil organisations, churches, condominiums, housing cooperatives and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises also qualify as consumers.
General declaration of submission: the Seller has not made a general declaration of submission under Section 36/C of the Consumer Protection Act.

Consumer protection authority, courts
In the event of a breach of consumer protection rules, the consumer may lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority. At first instance, the county government office competent for the Seller's registered office, or the Budapest Government Office, acts; the national authority responsible for consumer protection is the National Trade and Consumer Protection Authority (NKFH) (https://nkfh.gov.hu). In cross-border consumer disputes the consumer may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre Hungary (https://magyarefk.hu).
The consumer may also bring the dispute before the courts; the jurisdiction rules of Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure apply.
Closure of the EU online dispute resolution platform
The European Union's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 [Regulation (EU) 2024/3228], therefore we do not refer to it. In the event of a consumer dispute you may turn to the conciliation board competent for your place of residence, lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority or go to court. In cross-border disputes you may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre Hungary.
12. Accessibility information
The Seller provides the e-commerce service through the Webshop in accordance with the accessibility requirements of Act XVII of 2022 (“Accessibility Act”) and its implementing Government Decree 605/2022 (XII. 28.). Information under Annex 3 to the Accessibility Act:

13. Intellectual property, data protection, governing law
Intellectual property
The content of the Webshop — in particular texts, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions and their arrangement — is protected by copyright (Act LXXVI of 1999 on copyright). Except for personal, private use, it may not be copied, published or used for commercial purposes without the Seller's prior written permission.
Customer reviews
Customers can publish reviews in the Webshop. The Seller only accepts reviews from customers who have purchased the product in the Webshop (via an order-linked review invitation), ensuring that reviews originate from genuine purchases. The Seller may remove unlawful, offensive or off-topic reviews; it does not remove negative reviews on that basis and offers no consideration for reviews.
Newsletter

Data protection
The Seller processes the Customer's personal data as described in the Privacy Notice. The Webshop's use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
Force majeure
The Seller is not liable for a breach of contract if it proves that the breach was caused by circumstances beyond its control which were unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and which it could not be expected to avoid or prevent (Civil Code, Section 6:142).
Governing law
The contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, the E-Commerce Act, the Consumer Protection Act and the Decree. If the consumer's habitual residence is not in Hungary, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of habitual residence (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I), Article 6).
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
