As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. You can submit your withdrawal statement online here — no sign-in required.
Identify your order
We only need your name, the order identifier and the email address to which we send the acknowledgement.
How does it work?
- 1Enter your name, order number and email address.
- 2Select the items the withdrawal applies to.
- 3Review the details and click “confirm withdrawal”.
- 4We immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt including its content, date and time.
