Hajnalka was born in the winter of 2021 in a flat on Ráday Street, Budapest, whose bedroom faced a dark courtyard. Eszter, an industrial designer, and Gergő, an electrical engineer, decided to build the lamp they would want on their own nightstand.

One product, done properly

No app, no subscription — one object that gives warm, gradual light in the morning and helps you wind down at night. The first batch was crowdfunded by 600 backers in 2022; their feedback shaped the 2nd generation.

Ceramic, oak, repairable electronics

The ceramic shell is made with a Hungarian workshop, the base is solid oak, and the lamp is screwed together, not glued, so it can be repaired. Try it for 100 nights — if your mornings aren’t better, we’ll refund you.
