If you prefer the model form below, complete it and send it to the addressee by post or e-mail. Using the form is not obligatory: any unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), Section 22(1)).

Good to know
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. You meet the deadline if you send your statement before it expires.
- We refund the purchase price including the delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the original means of payment.
- You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal; you bear the direct cost of return.
