Delivery is free for orders over 20 000 Ft (where indicated for the delivery method).
Delivery area: Hungary.
Delivery time
Products in stock are usually handed over to the courier within 3 working days of the order confirmation (for prepayment: of receipt of the payment). Unless the product page states otherwise, we make the product available at the latest within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract (Civil Code, Section 6:220). If an ordered product cannot be delivered, we notify you without delay and refund any amount paid.
Environmentally friendly delivery option: A csomagpontra / csomagautomatába történő szállítás kevesebb kiszállítási utat igényel, ezért környezetkímélőbb választás.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer – free of charge. Shipped after the payment arrives.
- Cash on delivery – charge: 590 Ft. Pay the courier.
For online payments, card details are processed exclusively by the payment service provider. We do not charge any surcharge for card payments.
Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt using the online withdraw from contract here function, the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement. The direct cost of return is borne by the customer. We refund the purchase price and the delivery charge within 14 days.
